    Proposal No. 24-06-14: District Vehicle 

    Denver City ISD is accepting bids for a full-size SUV.

        Sealed bids must include "Company Name, Bid Number, and Bid Name on outside of envelope” and must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at the Denver City ISD Administration Building at 501 Mustang Avenue, Denver City, TX 79323. Bids will be opened at this time and will be awarded by DCISD.

    Proposal No. 2022-10-14: Districtwide Phone System (Closed)

    Denver City ISD is accepting bids for a districtwide phone system. 

    Sealed or emailed bids marked “DCISD Phone System” must be received by 10:00 PM on Friday, October 14, 2022, by Denver City ISD at 501 Mustang Avenue, Denver City, TX 79323.  All bids submitted by email need to be sent to randy.butler@dcisd.org. Bids will be opened at this time and will be awarded by the DCISD Board on Monday, October 17, 2022.

    SPECIFICATIONS: Phone system can be cloud based or a local server. System must be compatible with 911 services and have the ability to discover the exact location the 911 call was sent from.

     

    Proposal No. 2021-06-8:  DEPOSITORY SERVICES (Closed)

    Denver City ISD is accepting proposals from banks to serve as a depository to assist with the banking functions for funds of the district. 

    Sealed or emailed bids marked “Depository Services” must be received by 3:00 PM on Monday, July 12, 2021, by Denver City ISD at 501 Mustang  Avenue, Denver City, TX 79323.  All bids submitted by email need to be sent to lachrisa.rains@dcisd.org. The Denver City ISD Board will approve the winning proposal in the July 2021 board meeting.

    Denver City ISD is accepting bids for two (2) conveyor type dishwashers, for Denver City ISD Cafeterias.

    Proposal No. 2021-03-30:  CONVECTION OVENS, ELECTRIC (Closed)

    Denver City ISD is accepting bids for electric double-deck convection ovens, for Denver City High School, William Gravitt Junior High, Kelley Elementary and Dodson Primary Cafeterias.

    Sealed or emailed bids marked “CONVECTION OVEN, ELECTRIC” must be received by 10:00 PM on Friday, April 16, 2021, by Denver City ISD at 501 Mustang  Avenue, Denver City, TX 79323.  All bids submitted by email need to be sent to isabel.latham@dcisd.org.     Proposal No. 2020-12-8: Denver City High School Track Repair (Closed)

    Denver City ISD is accepting bids for repair of track surfacing at the Denver City ISD football field.  Areas of concern will need to be removed, disposed of, and replaced with epiQ Tracks Q3000 (Red) 10MM full pour polyurethane track surfacing system.  Clean-up as necessary is needed. 

    Areas of concern include the straight track along the home side and cracks along both D-Zones, and any other areas of concern identified by contractor. 

    Sealed bids marked “Denver City High School Track Repair Proposal” must be received by 10:00 AM on or before Thursday, Jan 4, 2021 by Denver City ISD at 501 Mustang Drive, Denver City, TX 79323.  The Denver City ISD Board will approve the bid in the January 2021 board meeting.
