    As of March 2023, DCISD Athletics will be paperless. We will be using the Rank One application to submit ALL physical forms and other UIL documents.

     

    ALL athletes and parents will need to download the Rank One app on the electronic device of their choice (phone, tablet, or computer) and make an account.

     

    All entering 7th, 9th, and 11th grade students will be required to obtain a physical in order to participate in Athletics for the 2023/2024 school year. Take the form to their physician of choice and upload it into their Rank One account.

     
     
    ALL PAPERWORK AND DRUG TESTING (HS ONLY) MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE ATHLETE WILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PRACTICES/EVENTS STARTING IN AUGUST!
